⭐️World Mental Health Day⭐️Today, we are raising awareness of the importance of mental health and reminding our Foyle Family that it’s okay not to be okay. 💚At our school, we believe that everyone’s mental health matters. Just as we look after our physical health, it’s important to take care of our minds, too.Today especially, we’re encouraging our Foyle Family to: -Be kind to themselves and to others-Take time to rest, relax, unwind and do enjoyable things. -Speak up when things feel tough, talk to someone you trust. Remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. -Check in with your friends - a simple “Are you okay?” can make a big difference. We want to continue to create a community where everyone feels supported, valued and listened to. We also want to support the message being echoed all across the world today by the World Health Organisation, ‘You are not alone. You matter. Your mental health matters.’💚#MentalHealthAwareness #ItsOkayNotToBeOkay #BeKind #WorldMentalHealthDay2026...
