Foyle College will be closed on TUESDAY 6th January.
After this evening’s inspection of the school’s grounds, coupled with the extension of the yellow weather warning, we have taken the decision to remain closed tomorrow, Tuesday 6 January.
This decision, made in consultation with Ebrington Primary School and Nursery Unit and the Principals within the Foyle Learning Community, has been taken to prioritise the safety of the Foyle Family. We anticipate reopening on Wednesday, 7 January.
Parents and pupils will be advised that tomorrow should be treated as a home study day for pupils in Years 11 - 14, in advance of the commencement of their mock examinations next week.
