How to register for a School Gateway account

Follow the steps below to get set up via the app or web.

Registering via the app

  1. Download the School Gateway app from:
    App Store Play Store
  2. Enter the email address and mobile number registered with the school.
  3. A 4-digit PIN will be sent via text.
  4. Enter the PIN to complete registration.
  5. Once logged in, the home screen will be displayed.

Registering via the web

  1. Go to School Gateway login page.
  2. Select NEW USER before entering any details.
  3. Enter the email address and mobile number registered with the school.
  4. A 4-digit PIN will be sent via text.
  5. Enter the PIN to complete registration.
  6. Once logged in, the home screen will be displayed.

Troubleshooting

Forgotten your PIN?

  1. On the School Gateway login screen, click Forgotten PIN.
  2. Enter the email address and mobile number registered with the school.
  3. A 4-digit PIN will be sent via text.
  4. Enter the PIN to log in.
  5. The home screen will then be displayed.

My account is locked

Locked for 1 hour

  1. Wait for 1 hour.
  2. On the login screen, click Forgotten PIN.
  3. Enter email and mobile number.
  4. Receive new 4-digit PIN via text.
  5. Enter PIN to log in and regain access.

Locked for 24 hours

If your account is locked for an extended period, please contact the school directly.
